Smoky Yougurt Chicken Recipe
Here's a recipe for Smoky Yogurt Chicken:
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a bowl, whisk together the yogurt, olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and lemon juice until smooth.
Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the yogurt mixture over them, making sure to coat all sides.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear.
Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Serve with a sprinkle of fresh chopped parsley, if desired.
